Wiz Khalifa released his new mixtape Taylor Allderdice yesterday at 9pm and crashed the servers at Datpiff.com for a few hours before they were finally fixed. The site was then subsequently re-crashed this morning by high-traffic and the servers were again fixed after a short time. I have personally been getting my mixtapes from Datpiff for awhile now, and have NEVER seen that occur with a release. Ever. Wiz’s fans love and demand his music, there is no denying that. Taylor Allderdice guest appearances are provided by friends Rick Ross and Smoke Dza, fellow Taylors Chevy Woods, Lola Monroe, and Juicy J, as well as his bride-to-be Amber Rose. Likewise, production and engineering are handled by many up and coming producers that Khalifa has worked with before. This makes this mixtape sound a bit like Kush and O.J. or Rolling Papers with the trippy, laid back, upbeat feel that Wiz is known for. Definitely worth a listen.
